Terms of use.
These terms apply when you access Pudding's web or mobile shopping assistant. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Pudding helps users organize shopping needs, review product evidence, compare candidates, collaborate, and prepare or continue a purchase. Product, price, availability, delivery, rating, and merchant evidence can change and may be incomplete. Verify material details with the merchant before buying.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify Pudding of unauthorized access. Do not abuse invitations, bypass access controls or rate limits, probe other users' data, interfere with the service, upload malicious instructions or code, or use Pudding unlawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account until it is secured or deleted.
Purchases and merchants
Pudding is not the merchant of record unless a checkout screen expressly says otherwise. A merchant's terms, privacy policy, prices, inventory, delivery, returns, warranties, and customer support govern the transaction. Pudding will not execute a supported checkout without a separate explicit authorization for the displayed cart and total. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe, not Pudding servers.
AI output and product evidence
Automated extraction, ranking, and conversational output can be wrong. Pudding provides decision support, not professional, safety, medical, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on Pudding alone for a high-risk purchase or compatibility decision.
Affiliate relationships
Pudding may receive a commission for eligible purchases. Commission does not change the price paid or the fit-based ranking. Details are provided in the affiliate disclosure and adjacent to eligible links.
Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, or end, and features may be limited during beta or by provider availability. Pudding may suspend accounts that create security, legal, or abuse risk. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Pudding is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. Pudding is not responsible for merchant acts, third-party content, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
