Start with the real brief
Tell Pudding what you need in ordinary language: budget, dimensions, compatibility, deadline, materials, household preferences, and hard no-go constraints. You can change the brief at any time without starting over.
Evidence before confidence
Product and merchant facts are normalized from approved APIs, feeds, and attributable public sources. Pudding separates confirmed evidence from unknowns and explains why each candidate gained or lost fit points.
You make the purchase decision
Pudding can assemble and review a cart, but it cannot place an order through the conversational agent. Supported checkout requires a separate, explicit authorization that records exactly what you approved. Merchant handoff remains available where unified checkout is not supported.
